Payments

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure the effectiveness of our services, clients are expected to:

• Provide access to the property at the scheduled service times.

• Inform us of any special instructions or areas that require special attention.

Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality of service, Universal Services E.A Ltd. is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the provision of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
